Hi, my lowryder is its 7th weeks of growing, i know lowryderi s supposed to be short, but its like 4 inch only! Isn't that kind of small? Any idea if there's a chance this will grow even more for the 8th week?? or if i can go into a 9th week just to get some more?

i mean lowryders already spos to be short but i think it will work itself out when u flower it

I wouldn't worry to much it looks nice an healthy? Like NeoAnachist said it should grow alot more when you flower.

Btw, with lowryder, is it necessary for my to change my cfls from cooldaylight white to warm white now?

yes it does look very healthy

ya go ahead and change the lights, im not sure about the color difference in them, id of thought the white lights had more blue in em and the warm ones had more red.

interesting...i have had a similar problem. my conclusion is that sometimes the lowryders just really stay extreamly small in stature. i started one lowryder 2 and two easy ryders under the exact same conditions and one of my plants has stayed strangely small, while the other two have grown fast and big. hopefully we will both get some bud off our tiny plants! at least it has been interesting watching such a small plant flower.

nice to have somebody having the same trouble, any idea whether i could just keep the light the same [i.e 18/6] and hopefully expect it will still veg more and give a bit more buds ? or leave it like that for more than 8weeks?

though i just shifted to 12/12 today, i wonder if i can shift back to 18/6

Looks great lowryders a ruderalis so it's not gonna get much taller than a foot, has it flowered yet? it will double in size while flowering and get to the size its supposed to be.

have you thought about topping it and vegging it longer?

well, i haven't changed light cycles or anything, it is still 18/6 with cool daylight cfls, lowryders from what i read isn't affected by light cycle, but it has already started showing sex and white hairs everywhere
