You can shift to 20/4, that is what they recommend for the whole grow on auto flowers. |

Lowryder and any sub strains created from it are meant to be autoflowering, so you could theoretically keep the lights on 24/0 to get a bigger yield, but I've also heard that it's unnecessary to give it 24 hours of light. I'd suggest just staying at 18/6 to conserve energy, and yes that particular plant will just start flowering whenever it's ready, no matter what lighting schedule you have it on.

I've seen this same thing a lot with my af's. From what I can tell, if you dont switch the lights to a flowering spectrum early enough, they get stunted and won't ever achieve their full height. Although, that isn't to say that some are just smaller phenotypes in general. My suggestion is that you should switch to a flowering light at the very latest by the time they start showing sex. I usually put mine under flowering after about the third week and just watch them closely so I can catch any males before they release pollen. Also, I think LR1's suck in general and you should definitely go to LR2's or easyryders/short stuff or whatever.
It is okay to have them go past 8 weeks, but they usually don't grow much more past that. |

Some just come out small, my smallest was only 11 inches. Got a half ounce from it though, so overall for the size it's all good.
LR is autoflowering, keep it on 18/6 from seed to harvest, it'll do the hard work for you. It should be ready for harvest week 9 but can go as long as 10 - keep checking trichomes to know whens optimum |
