Default Starting from Seeds in EBb and Flow

Hey there..newb when it comes to starting from seeds. I have done a few grows using clones but just got some Fem'd Silver Haze and want to start em from seed using my table. Any sugg's?

how long should I wait till I put em in the rockwool and cups with 18/6 and nutes?

Any1?? Help would be appreciated, just dont know when I can expose the seedlings to my HPS light
