i made oil some using a honey bee extractor, i used only stems i saved. the oil came out somewhat gold but when i collected it, it looked more of black in color.. is that because i used stems only? if i used good quality dank would it be the gold color i hear about? it still gets you high...

im not sure however when you say stems do you mean from bags of weed or from your own plants. And how many stems did you use im interested in this.

I need some honey oil to soak my cigarettes when i go to a festival this summer...

I've used stems that I collected from a few friends and made some Isopropyl Hash Oil. Out of about an oz of twigs and I didn't get much in return. But it was a real dark amber when I collected it. I just assumed it was normal. Then again I did it in a very backwoods pikey method. That gold shit is probably made from Bubble Bags.

right, im gonna save up all my stems from bags now and in about a month i should have enough to make hash oil. When you say you didnt get alot in return, do you get enough to put in say three joints??

i saved the stems from all the weed i was smokin. every tiny little piece and everything i would basically throw away while cleaning my herb not including the seeds ( never use seeds ) i usually buy a q/p at a time so i save alot.. go to everyonedoesit.com and buy a honey bee extractor. just assume fill it up at least 3/4 way to the top. ive only used stems so i assume if i use good dank i will get the golden color.. and i use butane rather than alcohol...and all you have to do is put a bit of oil down the side of your joint or cigarette.you dont need to soak it!! that'll be too much!! and the bubble bags is for making hash ,, not oil .
