Transplanting crops outdoors

Hey,
I am currently growing indoors/outdoors (first grow) and i have decided to plant them outdoors into the woods, but i have questions:

-How do i trasplant em?
-Am i suppose to dig a big hole and fill it with soil then plant it or just use the dirt already in the ground? (1.5 litre pots)
-I dont think sunshine will get to em, will it?
-Do i need to water em if i plant em outside?
-How much water?
-Wont they get drowned if it rains?
-When will i know if they are males/fems?
-Wont they get infested with bugs outside?
-(noob question)what are mothers? are clones just seeds? how do i make mothers?


I've included pictures, can you tell me why they are doing this?

For the second plant that isnt doing well it has brown spots and has a few holes in it...
