Which is better? I basically have 2 fluoro ballasts so I can either put two cool ones for more blue or one cool & one warm.. and I have heard it can be good to do one of each but which is better?

Also regardless of which choice you recommend, should I also run my HPS during veg or hold off till flowering?

i heard one cool and one warm is the best for vegging

you can use the HPS for veg aswell but it is also good for flowering
