Could somebody outline for me what would be required price wise and procedure wise/equipment wise to grow some good weed plants indoors.

Well my friend told me the best stuff in general was called AK47 and should be like $70 or $80 Canadian for 10 seeds. He says one plant can yeild around a quarter pound by itself so to be honest I'd be satisfied with one plant for now but he also told me you can't buy in amounts less than 10.

Anyways I'm looking to spend as little as possible while getting as much bus as possible.

Go to wal mart or home depot or something and get some cfl's and a fan.

You can start with bag seed if money is a concern.

That's not the most detailed plan, I'm lazy so.

K I looked it up and 10 white rhino seeds are like $42 canadian which is pretty ill.

equiptment wise, what am i looking to spend? what's a cfl and what type of fan?

CFl stands for compact flourescent. Here's a link to some SH Hydroponics > Horticultural Light Systems. Cool white ( blue) cfl's are for vegatative growth, and the warm white (red) are for flowering. Just get any oscilating fan any will work.
