hello people. this site is freakin' awesome but i have not been able to locate my answer-probably from operator error. i am doing my first indoor grow with a 1000hps. i know that this is a flowering type light but has worked great in my 5x5 closet. my question is...i just switched to 12/12 3 days ago and have to leave town for 3 days tomorrow. how soon will it take to determine sex, and am i ok leaving them for 3 days or should i have someone checking for male attributes to make a quick yank. thanks for your help.

hello. it took me about a week before sex showed. i am also using 1000hps. i think even if a male started to show sex, he wouldnt be releasing any pollen within 3 days.
