he's wrong, it'll grow with more tops and theoretically give you more bud per sq.ft.

Great thread good pictures topping the plant 2 weeks into the flowering period will give you 2 main cola's instead of 1.it is also good to top more than one site if the top of the plant has of shot brances this will give you a 4 way split 6 way i have even done 8 site's on 1 plant with 2 main cola's on each split.
