When to begin pruning?

My sprouts are currently turning into beautiful little plants and was curious as to when I should begin pruning the leaves back. They've been growing for about two weeks and have a nice stalk to it with roughly 6 to 8 leaves on it.

Basically when does the pruning process usually begin?

Never, you never PRUNE. Come on man think. What makes the plant grow? Roots, and what? What collects the light? What has Stomata's (mouths) on it? What are the Stomatas for?
No Pruning thats going ass backwards.
Leave your plant alone never ever take a leaf off unless it is dead! Don't think that you need to give other leaves light, air, buds,whatever. Leave them alone and you will have a beautiful Harvest.
