I would use no less than a 150w hps,a 250w would be better.Any good potting soil and nutes will work,you do not need any special soil or nutes to grow pot.It is a weed after all.OPH

cheapest? go to home depot.
buy:
12" circular shop light with ceramic socket
y adapter and 1-2"extension for a standard light bulb
2 100w (or higher) compact fluorescent light bulbs

i used this for a while and was pleased with the performance i got for spending $22 dollars.

just go to home depot
pick up a couple 48 watt cfls (around 10 buxs a piece)
get u a fixture of sum sort (no more than 20 bux for sure)
buy a $5 doller bag of potting soil, clean out a milk jug or get u a cheap bucket or somthing
shultz 10-15-10 plant food (5 bux or so)
not the most effective but definatly cheap and u only have to make one stop!

Dwarfs be growing in no time!

dont pick all this stuff up in one trip. its kinda obvious what youre doing..

dont use tinfoil as a reflector. the little crinkles create hotspots on the leaves. not good. cheapest reflector you can buy is an emergency blanket. they run under ten dollars and are just super thin mylar.

good luck with those strains. you picked some interesting ones..!!
