Okay, I know there are a few threads on here on this topic but most of it is inconsistent and/or very vague.. I have two questions.

1. I read one thread that said Bone Meal is high in Nitrogen and should be used during vegetation and Blood Meal is high in Phosphorus and should be used during flowering...

Was this guy just wrong? Because my Blood Meal specifically states "Blood Meal - Organic Nitrogen Supplement" and is 12-0-0 while my Bone Meal is 6-9-0. So my question is which should be used during vegetation and which should be used during flower?

2. On the package it states Blood Meal should be used once every two months and Bone Meal should be used once, so I was wondering what some other peoples experiences with these products were and how often they fed their plants with the two different meals..

Any help would be MUCH appreciated because I am very confused to say the least.
