It's doing fine. Get ready to transplant it up to the first set of real leaves as soon asthose fake ones yellow and fall off.

Here's the straight skinny. Those two little round leaves will yellow and fall off. Your plant will be more stable if you go ahead and replant it in a 3 gallon pot up to those first set of real leaves after that happens.
Keep reading and learn by your mistakes. You will have many good grows.
The lil feller might be too far away from light, try moving it closer but becareful. Keep a light breeze(fan) on it and keep your lights on for 24 hrs first 3 weeks then 18 on 6 off.

Yes, Organic ferts can burn & kill your plants, when too much is used- like chicken manure & fish emusion. They are very high in Nitrogen. If your soil has been properly prepared, your little Baby does not need anymore for awhile. A fan blowing constantly on little babies causes a lot of harm. In-direct air movement, or 2 or 3 minutes per day to excercise & clean up built up gases on the stem. Constant breeze on a plant causes too much transpiration, stress...stunted growth. Your light needs to be better. Your plant would do better with 24 hour light until flowering time. What organics is your baby in-the soil? Any sunlight would help a lot.

Just keep it simple...i always plant in peat pellets...the ez-ist i could explain is get small bag perlite small bag peat moss, small bag dolomite lime...mix 70-20-10 in that order dont need to feed until about 6- inches or if starts yellowing...i would use fish fert...5-1-1 can get at wal-mart...feed 1 tsp per gallon of water every third watering
