Default I think I have a problem.

my plant is only about a half inch tall, 2 leaves with 2 smaller leaves forming inside. on one of the leaves and on the stem it looks like theres something growing on it, like reddish or grey/brown hairs or something. i cant really tell because its so small. and i cant really get a good picture of it either.. it still seems to be growing fine though.
