How would I go about training/topping/pruning a mother plant that i have no intention of flowering, but just using for clones? How would I go about getting the maximum amount of cloning sites?

Sabud, A clone is a way us growers can avoid starting from seed over and over again.... It is a clipping from a marijuana plant that is then planted once again, and if done correctly will root and become an exaclt replica of the plant it was taken from. Im sure the link that has been given in this post will clear up all the details for you on how to execute and use this technique to your advantage..... good luck bro. well, you dont ever want a father plant because the pollen in the air would completely fuck up every female plant in ur house/outside/wherever. It is just a male plant(no1 that i know of has ever kept a male for long) A mother plant is just a Female plant that remains in vegetation - sole purpose for making clones(clippings) with female genetics since it came from a "Mother plant". How u make a mother plant is, clone your plants, after they root stick em in a cup of soil then turn em on 12/12 (light/darkness) then in a week or so you will begin to see male or female traits. if female, take the plant who's clone is female and remain vegetating it. simple as that

If you are cloning you clone from a female. Therefore there is no need to wait to see signs of sex. You always know that it is female. If you clone from an unknown sex well that just seems kind of odd.

its a way of finding out the sex before it reaches flower. its a lot less complicated then trying to clone in flower.
