Male plants around

Background: there are outdoor wild plants that i am confident are smoking material. last post

I found female plant. Now next thing on my todo is prevent them from making seeds and wasting THC. I canNOT remove all the males plants coz they are just way too many.

So far I understand I need to do something before July 21st the latest. That is when they start pollination! Is that right?

What are my options if any?

Should this post be in "Outdoor Growing" forum?

you need a bigger machete. you have no options that i am aware of. kill 'em all.

Yeah, I was about to say what's keeping you from killing all of the males? Just because there are a lot doesn't mean you shouldnt kill them.

there are couple of THOUSANDS.... no exaggeration... these are growing wild and i happen to find a female.

Well if there are that many males, I would say fuck it. You will have some seedy weed, but the best weed I ever smoked was full of seeds.

i would to but wile your at it at least clear the ones that are right next to it and maybe you will get lucky and no pollination but doubt it if theres that many plants around then its a 99% chance it gets pollinated but hey theres that little 1% chance.

when it gets pollinated it decreases the amount of THC correct?

yeah coz the once female plant is pollinated by the male,she puts all her power into producing seeds and not thc..

what are the chances if i could move the plant to my room?

i am thinking of actually cloning the plant let it grow for july and then try a 12/12 cycle? is this realistic

yes its realistic just get some rooting hormone and get some cutting from it and root it indoors 18/6 to keep it from getting pollinated becuase plants have been known to get pollinated up to miles away but yea just grow it for july then put it in 12/12 cycle then you should have a nice little crop.
one ? though it already showing sign of female normaly it would be to early for this.
