help/ advice plz

hey guys, im new to this all... i dont really smoke that much nemore either.. i got the seeds for free and are only growing for fun.. out of 4 seeds only one germinated.. so im only going to grow one.. its about the 3rd day now and it is getting small single fingered leaves. im growing them in my room in a box thats approx 500x400x400 500 being the height.. ive done a lil bit of research and i know the genral idea of how to grow a plant ( i think)... except I don’t really know how much light one plant is gonna need..i don’t wanna go hps so im jus going fluro… atm I got 2 desk lamps in the box one I don’t kno specs but its cool white… the other is 23w 1550 lumen,2700k and its warm white… is it good to mix the to colours or not?? am I better off just going all cool white?? any help appreciated.. cheers.

I am using cfl's through germination and part way into veging, but then I have Medalhalide and HPS...............

I am getting good results with cfl's though .
