ok I havent started growing yet just researching stuff and i was wondering how bad the smell is and how can i stop it or atleast minumize it, i live with people who shouldnt smell it cuz them im f*cked so any help is grateful

there are options like ozonators. They have them for about $60 designed to eat odors for one room. I havent tried them but they are on hydro sites all over. So what happens if your roomates catch you. It may not be worth all the time and trouble because by the time they get buds, they will smell.

Carbon filter is the easiest way, but it is not cheap. It will even mask skunk strain odor. The cheaper way is follow Videoman's cheap odor removal device. People say it works great.
