The shake looking one is with all the visible rockwool takin out. But it is still slightly coated with it...

Rockwool is made by melting a combination of rock and sand and then spinning the mixture to make fibers which are formed into different shapes and sizes. That's what you're smoking. Plus all the crap that was left over from the grow after the buds were trimmed. From the stems I would imagine mostly fan leaves.
If it gets you high and doesn't taste like shit, go for it, but most people throw that crap away.
