YOU SHOULD NEVER WATER YOUR PLANTS ON A DAILY BASIS. N E V E R.

you should water when the plants need it. mine are in a pretty advanced stage of root binding and there's really low % of soil without roots so the water really doesn't hold for long. I water once every 2-5 days. if it was hot in there for a day probably they lost more water. if it was high humidity and pretty low temperature it can take even 5 days until I water them again.
in normal conditions where the roots aren't bound so badly you should be fine watering every 5-7 days. just like in the vegitative state.

also you need to give the plants some clean water every now and then to clean up build up salts.
it might not be written on the fertilizers but with marijuana you usually give way more fertilizer than to other plants so you should treat it differently.

if you'r still unsure about when to water just check about how much the pot weights when its dry, water it, weight it again and then water again when you feel its closer to the weight it had when it was dry.

40cm is a great size to start flowering.
Northern Lights doesn't strech too much during flowering, you should expect a final plant size of maximum 1m. probably about 80cm.
Anyhow, if a plant does strech too much you can LST it at the first 3 weeks of flowering without causing too much damage.

Bought some CANNA terra Flores today so let the BLOOMING BEGIN!!!!!!!!!

I ve been looking at my plants today ..Man the stems are tick ...anyway There are 3 in the cupoboard ..
And really i wonder how Ima i ever gonna get more in there ?

The three are so big I might be able to squeeze one more in there but I cannot see how people grow 10 + plants in +/-1 m2??

congratulations~

SCROG is nice, but you'll need to adjust the growth on a daily basis. Meaning more work.
If you decide to go SCROG do it ASAP.

If your colas are even and you have enough height left you can just let it grow naturaly.

Easly - you grow smaller plants. You flower them much sooner.
You get 10+ (you can even 30) clones, veg them until they fill up the room horizonticaly and then flower them.
They won't need to grow as big as yours so you cut on the veg time and they will fill the entire erea so all light will be used.
You also won't need any kind of training (maybe FIM if you think its neccery) because you'll have enough colas at the top of the canopy anyway.

JEEEEEEEEZZ they are big plants now ...Just number 2 still never made any BIG fan leaves ...The ther 2 look great ...

1. have you sprayed the leaves?!
2. never start with a full dose. you can put how much fertilizer you want to marijuana as long as you introduce the fert to the plant heighering the dose each time.

You shouldn't spray the leaves at any stage except with cuttings that doesn't have a root system.
If they have roots they can do fine without foliar watering\feeding.

Water on the leaves promote 2 things you really don't want - rot and leaf burn.
In the flowering stage the high humidity can even cause bud rot. You don't want that.

Just I know of many that do spray leaves with clear water ..this is to create mist which would naturally c\occur
AND ONLY at light off for the reasons you mentioned ..

My cupboard is getting really full
The plants are growing amazingly
I still fear having more then 5 in this cupboard ..The space might not be enough ..
Anyway Stil no sign of sex ...Hope it wont be long now /
Dead excitedto see if I have some females ..
If not i just cry :O)
