Default does this sound like a good set-up?

ok...i have my plants in my dresser...i have 1 CFL 17watt grow lite and 3 24" 17 watt flours all lights are about 2" off the tops of the plants. the plants are about 8 days old...skinny stalks but the 1st 2 fan leaves are around an inch long and 1cm wide...the 2nd pair of fan leaves are 1/2 inch long....i have been using HI YEILD root stimulator 5-12-3 and schultz plant food 10-15-10 mixed together in mi water i leave the dresser drawr open about 3" so mi fan can blow on them but some light can get out........

the plants keep making me happy every day and growing pretty nicly... even tho they r small they r fuzzy !!!

to get decent buds, you're going to need a lot higher wattage bulbs, or lots more lumens from a new source.
