don't just bend, pinch between your index finger and thumb, then roll, lightly crushing the vascular tissue. then bend, in a couple days the top will be standing up again and right where you pinched there will be a knot, in a few more days you will notice major development in the lower branches.

Get creative with it- the main reason for doing this is light penetration to lower branches.... Ive got a journal called- The Well Trained Whore- a fine example of L.S.T. and supercropping... find it and you will be glad ya did!!

you can go a couple nodes down, just be sure not to go so low the bent over top is so heavy it doesn't recover or snaps itself off from weight, in a couple days the top will stand back up, and within a week the bend will be a hard knot, the axillary branches below the knot will grow up to meet the top creating multiple colas, you can do the same thing to the new branches as they grow out creating a huge bush, you can do it quite a bit without stressing the plant to much, just don't go crazy...

what i have been showing you is not like LST at all, it is SOMA STYLE super cropping...although LST is bad ass also.

what Im saying is I supercropped and L.S.T.'d and my journal is a fine example of it- thats what IM saying..
