Default flushing help needed nooby

hi there, i need some advice with regards to flushing.I ll be ready to harvest in a week or 10 days and i know that i should be flushing so i have a couple of questions.Im growing white widow in soil.
1 After flushing do i use nutes again or just water?
2 Im using bio grow,bio bloom and top max, can i use top max on itsown?
3 How many times do i need to flush?
any help would be great

I would flush them now.And basically what you do is just give them plain water from now until harvest.I would water them until you get a run off.And no don't use nutes again after the flush
