r you talking bout to 42 watt 200w eqiv gor like $9 they also sell the 65 w 300 eqiv for $16 i use them in those cheap alum. clamp lights 4 of them to supplement my 400w hps and have 6 in my 18"x4' veg cabinet think they do better than the 250 halide i used to use

does that 200watter have the blast built in (can u screw it directly inyo ant socket?) or do u need to buy the light receptacle?....... edit..... saw the same bulps....package said it would fail if it didnt have the right receptacle.... i just picked up 10.... 65k or 15bucks at the depot on sale

i did but i guess i also have pretty beefy recepticles and yeah they are they ones that are only equivilent to 42 watters but they work pretty good alongside my MH and HPS

Best buy on 40w 2700k cfls, $5 each shipped. They have 6500s but not as cheap.

i veg in a 18"x 54" box with 6 65w 300 w equiv ones $18 from lowes in those aluminum clamp lights from there also $7 i have better growth with them than my old 250 mh also growing 10 low ryder deisels in there also have 4 in my flower room as moveable extra light to supplement my 400 hps they work great i can clamp them on a pot to turn those side popcorn buds into little nugs
