Just curious if there is a big difference in using 6500k or 5000k for vegging?
Right now I am using a few 23 watt 6500k CFLS. I have been looking for 40+ watt CFLS and all I can find are 5000k spectrum, if I use this will this be a problem? Thanks |

Higher the better. Although.. higher, the HOTTER. Careful! I'm vegging 2 seedlings in a pc case w/ 3 23's @ 5500 with 3 high volume fans and the temp still got to 91 this am. I yanked a bulb, so now 2.
