So i just started flowering and i was starting to see buds(?)

I was not sure I thought it could be a seed so i squished one and basically just took it off. Will it grow back, or will other buds be bigger because more energy is devoted to them? Im only a few days into flower and it was only one little bud so i don't think it will ruin my harvest.. or will it?
