a) what is SCROG?

b) my plants are about a foot tall only, less than that actually, due to my much too late transplanting. but they are recovered and are nice and lush now, at a foot going into flowering. my question is, i know it depends on strain etc. but what kind of yield does a small plant liek that get? im also wondering for sea of green, how much you can get off one small plant. i would rather have small plants and have more, then have my buds quicker.

SCROG=Screen of Green, using a screen over yer plants to help train them smaller.
2= Yield varies on MUCH. Up to 2 oz dry, if yer optimal!

my 22-24" single cola plants get just under a O dry w a 150w hps and Advanced nutrient like, it DOES make a difference *(bud blood,big bud,carbo load,and overdrive)

set realistic goal man, don't get disappointed. you will pull 14-28 grams dry per for that size and a "new grower"

i flower mine @ 8-12 inches and they get 21-25" tall @ the end

yeah lol, thats why i keep asking, i wanna kinda see from people who have dealt with alot of plants, just going in what sise they are and a general sort of yield.

i have a soil with pearlite and humus, from canadian tire, which is basicaly canadiant wal mart. but without groceries and stuff. then i have 5 26w 5700k bulbs and a 40-something watt 2700k.and i got some 10-30-20 nutes from ebay. nameless, they come in little bags that i add to water. this is more of a learning and personal smoke grow (im not picky) so i didnt go all out. not too worried about it. but you say your plants basically doubled when they were done eh? thats what i was thinking. because watching the growth rate and charting it, i can see obviously they will double. its just i have never watched a plant flower so really i have no idea how buds grow really. so i figure sorting through answers from people who have been there, and a mixture of my own knowledge i should knwo what to expect. i actually just got back from the city, i bought a new pipe, so excuse my crap typing. but that should clear up my mission a bit. speaking of mission, damn the city was full of hot ass today.
i went in some dominion pot shop, some black clothes emo sloth was showing me pipes. i asked her about the sex toys. haha but i was with my buddy and his kid.

I was sayin that if ya only pull 14-28 grams off one plant then you are obviously doing something wrong. I was referring to the post I quoted in that post.
