Growing regs..PRACTICE

ok so i got some seeds from regs i was selling and i figured why not learn to grow it and make more money..and i really dont want to kill good strains so im practicing on these seeds..what are the chances i might get some smokable bud out them plants..cause i heard that its impossible?

alrite, I dont get the post really, your saying you got some other seeds to practice on to learn how to grow? is there supposed to be a picture of them.
Also you heard that it was impossible to get any smokable bud off them seeds? I dont see why not, if the seeds germinate you have a 50/50 chance of getting females which give bud. hope i answered your post right

bagseed can be some potent smoke. I grew some great looking bud with bagseed.

Hi, I think your question is that you're not sure your seeds will produce good bud. Chances are that they will, people seem to have very good luck with bagseed. I personally started my first grow with buying several strains of seeds and they are all turning out great. If you do buy seeds, go for the value ones (30$ or so for 5 seeds). Also, I would reccomend feminised seeds for your best shot on females (obviously).

Good luck, those seeds should produce decent bud (if not better, when grown well)

yeah i didnt want to waste money on good seeds knowing that they might not survive my first grow..once i get the hang of growing i would try the good stuff

any idea of what would be the perfect strain for my second attempt on growing?

you could probably grow decent smoke from ditch weed if you know how to grow. what you call regs or regular might be some killer genetics that has been dried and cured in a bad way that kills the potency. therefore the seeds could have great potential in the hands of a good cultivator.

any tips on how to make my first grow a successful one?
1 thing to keep in mind is that im a low budget grower for now

ok i see that this post hasnt gotten anywhere so just to see what kind of assistance i can get from some of the more advanced growers i took a few pictures of my plants to see what i can do better or what im doing right...

i got 14 watt daylight cfl's on my plants 18/6
i ran into some problems with my first plant which was my biggest so i trashed it and here are my other ones

I wouldnt say im an advanced grower but it doesnt take one to grow great weed. looks like some mag def on your seedling and watering issues.
Are you using tap water? In some areas the water has to much cal in it. High calcium tends to block out mag

edit: I love my bagseeds. I got them all of my harvested plants outta cheappo brick weed and they are great. I do have a real grow goin now though

im actually using purified bottled water..
