how do i water these babies?

how much water do i use when watering. till it runs out the bottom? or is there a numerical oz value??

ive got eight, 7day old seedlings about 3 inches tall and this will be my first watering since i planted them.

they are in 16 oz cups about 3/4 of the way full of seed starter mix. i will be using distilled water.

water when the cup is really dry,just fill it until you get a lil run off.

use a spray bottle and spray the soil every 12 hours with 5 squirts... like at 7 in the morning and 7 in the evening... 5 to 6 squirts... its up to you
