ok so my plants are about a week or 2 old, the pot leaves are just starting to sprout out from first leaves that dont look like pot leaves ( i dont know the technical names for ne of this), neways the first leaves are starting to get black specs on the bottom of them on my plants, is this normal or some sort of disease or bug?

Well, pictures are necessary, but small black spots... sounds like bugs, maybe spider mites. usually black spots are bug shit, are there any small holes?

no it doesnt seem, but one of my leaves is starting to die, which sucks cuz i only have 4 leaves on the plant so far lol, do u know if they can move from plant to plant? my plants are in seperate pots btw

well, depending on what is causing it.. could be spider mites, could be thrips, you need some pictures. If one leaf died, there is def more than 2.

Spider mites spread quickly, but you can get them under control with gently washing your plant after watering, or spray the top and bottoms of the leaves...
thrips, are nasty little fuckers.. they spawn like mad and hide from pesticides. I'm still new at this myself, so i'm not entirely sure what you should do in that case, however, you SHOULD take a pic =)

hah ya ok man, well i dont have a camera on me atm but i can get pics up, ill try to gently wash it and if that doesnt work then idk, ill update this in a day or two and tell u how its going, hopefully with pictures, thanks man
