i have my sprouts in the window sill i came home today to find them laying over. they stems where not broke i don't know what caused it. i put more dirt in my pots to cover the stem up more to hold it upright. is the plant going to make it?

I had that problem last year and I took EMPTY toliet paper rolls, the round rolled cardboard, and cut them in half, and sat them over my plants and they kept them from leaning or falling over until they got stronger.
