Default Cola not growing. Help.

Most of my plants's buds are developing rather steadily but 1 plant's cola has not gotten any bigger in i think over a week. The plant looks pretty healthy exept for losing a few of its older leaves and i dont no is this is normal or not.

almost 5 weeks of flowering, - 400w hps

ive got two plants that havent grown an inch in about 3 weeks..... bastards... they are growing buds and new leaves but they are the smallest stupid plants ive ever seen.

PLants do not grow verticall after they have been in flower for 3 weeks.

not regularly but i use the tap water and i Ph'd it before i started using it and it was neutral.

when mine wasn't growing any bigger, I got several 42 watt CFLs at Lowes, ($10 each) and put them two inches away from the buds and WOW, they took off growing FAST!

cant say that i agree with gk...on the stopping growing after 3 weeks in flower....plants will doulbe an sometimes tripple thier size(from first day in flower)by the time you harvest....
