only the top grows good...(got pics)

High.it's my first time here in the forum...
anyway,my friends and i came back from a trip in amsterdam
last year befor going to the army (I live in israel) we came
back with 11 seeds we got thare.
we planted the seeds at my place and thare are some problem
that i would be more then happy if you guys can help...
1.as you can see in the picture:

the top part grows fine but the other parts of the plant arn't doing to well...
2.we have the plant for more then 4 months and I feel that it's growing to slow-what do you say? is that a normall size for a plant 4 months old?
3.like I said my friends and I are in the army and we come back home
once every two weeks,that means my dad takes care of the plant,
not that he minds,but he also don't have too much knowlge,
so can you give me some importent basic tips/rules so i can ask
him to do...
4.can you give me tips for the growing room (you can see its in the
pic behind the plant)...

what type of lights are you growing under, because 4 months is definatly too long, for that size.

we have 1 blue 32 astt floresent light on the top and 2
32 watt floresent lights in the sides...

well, I dont actually have much experience myself, Im still on my first grow, and was asking that question because I am sure it will come up. How ofter does your father water it, and do you use any nutrients?

He waters it about 2 cups every 2 dayes.
and exept the soil that we grow it in we don't put any nutrients...

you need to maybe use this plant for clone, root a few clones fro this one...
you don't have to have an expensive set up go to the local drug store and buy you a couple of 30 watt 1750 lumen bulbs and a bag of miracle grow soil two big planters about 16 inch diameter , with miracle grow soil , you don't have to worry for a month or so about nutes, not until the clones are ready to flower. place your clones under 24/7 lighting for about five weeks then go to 12/12 total darkness is required for sexing/ flowering tho , so make sure where ever you have them NO light infiltrates during that 12 hour DARK period, water about every three days enuff for the soil to be moist< it's better to be dry than too moist fter the sexing/flowering phase usually 5 to 10 days. After that keep em on 12/12 until the end usually from anywhere from a few weeks to several...some plants will go from germ to bud in as little as 9 weeks sum may take a few weeks longer....special notes are...temperature keep them in day light hours at least 76 /78 degrees not below 68 at Dark cycle...

nutrients only use 1/4 strength and only use those after the first month of vegging and only every third watering...at the end of budding the last two to three weeks use NO nutrients at all begin the flushing, you don't wanna smoke Nutes!

thats my three cents i'm sure the more experienced folks will add or possibly take away from my list,lol
