Default Need some help, 20 clones dying :(

Alright, first time post so bear with me.

I have 20 clones under a 400 watt HPS. It looks as though the light is killing them, but I already have the light 2 feet above the 'lil ones...

They look like they're kinda wilting, but also turning yellow.

Any suggestions would be EXTREMELY appreciated

never kept clones under an hps but yellowing and some wilting is normal blue spectrum cfls are cheap and work good for clones

here are the ones I use you also need something to plug them into walmart home depot lowes and a bunch of other stores carry them goodluck

I have to agree with Stickyhits Full Spectrum flourescents are the best way to go when cloning.

Ye, clones don't like the heat off of HPS systems. CFL's and Fluero's are definitely the way to go for them. Peace

Where did u get those CFL mounts from? im just using regular crappy lamps at the moment

you can use shop lights, they work great with a prop mat
