Yellow droopy leaves and red stems

hello,

just woke up and checked my plants. the runt's leaves have turned sharply yellow and droopy and all the stems are purple/red. she's 1 month, 2 weeks old and 1 week into flowering. 22,000 lumens in 2700k spectrum. I'm feeding 5-10-15 fertilizer and watering every other day, making sure top 3" are plenty dry.

Could it be heat stress? or some type of temperature difference shock? it gets into the mid 80's when lights are on and around 75 over night.

The yellowing sounds like a Nitro defeciency. I had the same issue. I fert'd with some FoxFarm GrowBig and the problem was gone the next day.

The drooping leaves could the heat. Try to get the temps down. Ventilation...fans...whatever you can do to replace your grow area's air supply once every 5 minutes. Fans would be the cost effective way to go.

my plant looks great but i have it on 24/24 the other day the stems started turning red, i have a fan and try to keep the temp around 75-79 all day around. Are red stems bad?

its just a genetic thing that strain has. if the plant looks O.K. overall then i would'nt worry about it.

The other day it started to get black spots on it, i think it might have to do with my ph but im not sure. Anyone have a idea what it could be?

red stems are a sign of stress. rapidly growing marijuana will have very light green very soft stems stress causes them to turn red and very stiff and growth slows.

Hey man, make sure your PH is at the correct level for nutrient uptake... If its not between 5.7 and 6.5 its gonna block out all the ferts your giving it. The closer to 5.7 you are the more N it will use and the closer you get to 6.5 the more P it will use.
Aside from that, even if your top 3 inches are dry, depending on pot size the center might still be soaking wet, and that would mean your over watering... try and wait to see at what point the plants wilt a little bit, and lift up the pot to feel how heavy it is... then water the correct amount, and check again how heavy the pot it. Now you can make a balance between how your pot should be watered...
i hope you make it through man!
Till then,
keep it green in love and under JAH LIGHT!!

How do I know if my plant needs nitrogen? And if it does, what do I add to increase the nitrogen?

My stems too are a little redish in color...the leaves though are fine and seems to be growing ok at this point.

basically, U can tell what is wrong with your plants by looking at it.. you just have to learn what signs mean what... yellowing leaves usually would be a Nitrogen deficiency... and the purple reddish stems would probably be a Phosphor deficiency but some strains have that in their genetic... Often people mistake ph lock out with nute burn and over watering etc... you need to read up and look at pics of all the different deficiencies and plant problems there are so you can do something about it when it occurs....
good luck man!!

red stems are normal on some strains, either that or its too cold, which doesnt appear to be the case. it looks fine dude, can u give us a pic of the black dots? might be spidermites(pray its not!!!)

Can anyone help me I'm like 2 to 3 weeks into flowering and the leaves are all turning yellow, and I had black spot all over the stem and when I scrapped them of it was like a hard shell. What the hell is it? and I think I may have spider mites. I've sprayed the entire plant with soapy water and removed all the black spots branch by branch. Pls help need some answers. Dont want to loss first grow.

gonna need more info than that man....
But depending on how rich your soil is or was, your gonna need to fertilize if you havent yet...
it could be a Nitrogen deficiency,ç but then the brown spots wouldnt make sense....
if you are feeding with blooming food, check the ph of the runoff water to see if its at the right levels...
but yeah for a more accurate answer i need more info..

peace out man
