dont upload pics from your house use a relatives computer if you have a cool one or buy a wireless card and see if you can pic something up in your area for the purpose of uploading its what i do

well if we do that it'll be a great effort just to upload some pix
can the site admins just put some mode that not allow IP's check??

Nice, get busted for hacking. Since 9/11, this is considered a federal offense, and they might even try you as a terrorist.

5 years back, in my old appartment, I used to run a wireless network just for the sole fact of luring people into MY network. Once they are logged into MY network. I can hack the living shit out of them without breaking any laws... Your now on MY network. TCP/IP packet sniffers, you name it. I knew exactly what this person was doing on my wireless connection.

Stealing wireless inet is a sure way to get caught if you have someone like me on the other end of the network.

If you want to be as safe as possible... Upload pics to a site such as this, or imageshack and do it while your proxyed (I prefer imageshack, your pretty damn anon there, all they have is an IP of who uploaded the pic (if that). I piggyback onto 2 proxies, so my real IP is always 2 hops back. If they ever wanted to do a trace to find my real IP, it would be a royal pain in the butt (not worth the time/money/trouble)

As I stated earlier, if your not growing 30+ pounds a month, you have nothing to worry about. If you are growing 30+ pounds a month, you may want to rethink why your in this hobby. There are other ways to make good money besides an illegal way (and you will get busted a some point growing 30+ pounds a month) =)

how come no one has mentioned this site does not log IP's?

even if u look up the "whois" for this domain, it will give u false info to keep the identity of the webmaster private.

there have been bills and laws made to protect the identity of people like us thanks to clinton.

The U.S. has spent billions of dollars trying to "fight the war on drugs" but when bush came into office his focus became "fighting the war on terrorism" so most of our taxes and government funds go to the war, and they wont spend millions of dollars and manhours to bust an online forum of stoners....especially when half of them are growing for medicinal uses.

That's not exactly true. Under the so-called Patriot Act, the US government has broad authority to do all sorts of things as long as they say it's related to terrorism. So if they decide the reason you're growing pot is to finance terrorism they don't have to show much proof of anything.

However I will agree that the likelihood of them bothering to do so is low.


And if the site is hosted in Canada, and doesn't log IP, so much the better.
