OK My plants about 6 weeks old and ive been watering once a day which i figured was the right way to go. but i was told thats not good for ur plant. any suggestions would be a big help

those pics you posted are oddly small but to watering soil planted babies you should only water them as soon as the top soil dried up all the way and the soil in the draining holes looks lightly moist, then its time to water. and only water till the soil looks moisted again not dripping soaked! then you should be fine.
