Alright, basicaly i have just germinated my seeds but for too long, the seeds have popped off and there is a green shoot coming out,they are also very curly so how shal i plant them? i will put them into soil right away but will they be ok? is that anything to worry about?

no not at all, just get them in the soil, they will straighten them selves out wen in the soil dude! Whats ure setup like?

Cheers man, im only growing 2 plants at the moment for a first time grow. I will be using a 125 blue/white spectrum envirolite foir veg and red 125 envirolite for flower and maybe a few CFL's. They will be growing in a grow box ive made and coated in mylar so hopefully all should go well.

yer tht sounds good for a first grow, i am growing under a 200w Envirolite, have 2 say 3 weeks into flowering shes looking quite nice!
