Lights

Hey im doing a home grow in a closet. Im going to staple in this white reflector plastic stuff all in the room tonight. My friend told me to go buy a CFL light from home depot or something till he gets his lights out of storage to put in my closet. This will only be a temp light and I was wondering if its enough for the plants when they are only about a week old. They will be using it for around a week or two.
