in early flowering it is posable but nearly impossible after a couple of weeks, your better off regenerating the plants after harvest and taking clones from that new growth. It does take some time to regenerate, the plant is highly stressed and will take 4-6 weeks before vegetative growth forms that is healthy enough to be cloned. Make sure you keep as much lower fan leafs as posable and a small bud or two that can revert to vegetative growth.
