Where are my buds??

ok so im a little over 3 weeks into flowering. its hindu kush about 3 feet now and its in dwc under 20k lumens of cfl. but as u can see in the picture there is not much bud growth. as of today im reaching almost 4 weeks into flowering. i mean this isnt an hps light but still 20k lumens should show more buds then this right?

12/12 since start of flowering

and since im using fox farm hydro and going based on their feeding chart should i switch from beastie blooms to cha ching as on the chart? or should i stick with the beastie bloom for another week? plz help!!!

It's possible...a lot can happen in the last 2 weeks mate. We can't tell a lot from the picture. Like how for the light is away from the plant, nutes, feeding and watering schedules, etc. So many variables...but move the lights closer if you can. Tall indica..looks a bit stretchy..

my lights are 2 inches away and my plant has already reached the top of the closet so i just bent it over and twist tied it. im using ff hydro nutes i water almost everyday switching from nutes to plain water every other watering. 20k lumens cfl.
