yo im starting out in bigger pots becuase im terrified of transplanting later on. i realize that this creates some issues with water drainage... so should i put some gravel or something at the bottom of the pot (under the soil) to promote better drainage? any other ideas?

userfriendly touched on the real concern but didn't elaborate.
rocks/stones..etc are not needed if the soil mix is light enough to adequately drain all the way through without compacting over the length of the grow. 30% perlite is a good place to start. good luck bt dt |
