My babies are 6 weeks at 12/12 flowering.

Please tell my this is just swelling calyxes on my sinsemilla... and it has not gone to seed

First Grow
Random seeds from good pot
2 week florescent lights
4 weeks under 400w MH
(made butter from discarded male plants that were about 6-7 weeks old) -
6 weeks under 400w HPS

2 plants badly stunted from over watering, but one is almost all buds.
2 plants just over 2ft tall

No trichomes have turned amber, and less then half pistils have turned amber/redish

I am hoping they will be ready for harvest in a couple of weeks... Y/N/Maybe?

Hopefully someone can let me know a bit more about swelling calyxes..

So far only one plant has shown this advance state of 'swelling'..

Found male flowers on lower stalk of one plant, the above plant... boo hoo, sprayed it down with water and carefully removed from the other 3...
Next time I will have to inspect more...

i was wondering if they were under stress during the grow at all?
Sucks that it would hermi or get pollinate so late...

It is my first grow.. Had 4 females, 2 were stress and stunted from over watering, but show no sign of this situation. The 2 that grew big and tall turned out to be hermaphrodites.. yep both of them! I am thinking it's because of the random seeds I used. I only kept seeds from exceptional smoke, which from Mexico is rare.... so I didn't have a great selection.

Going to order some white widow for my next harvest before the AZ summer hits.. Had a sample of that and that is what got me going on growing my own. Used random seeds this first time.. just for the experience.. and I learned a lot. Like get some good seeds!!!

At least I have a bunch of leaves for butter and the smoke is NOT bad.. ( did a sample quick dry)

well thats not so bad. First grow and you are up and running. Can't wait til I get there. I plan on the same thing. Experiment with the free seeds and then buy some quality ones.
