Quick light question.. Are plants better off outside on a cloudy day where they don't get direct sunlight, or better off inside under my 2050 lumens of 6500k?

Lately I have been putting my babies outside during the day and inside all night, but it is supposed to rain for the next few days here.

I would say outside on a cloudy day.
