    can these be used for veging?? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/4x-60-WATT-PHI...ayphotohosting reason i ask is that i have about 6 spare in my house they emit 600 lumens and i also have some 15w energy saving bulbs that are equivilent to a 75w soft white bulb which is 850 lumen

    You can use those but 26w - 46w are better...
