Default getting a clone from a shocked plant

my plant has been in shock for 2 day and im staring to get a little worried. im wondering if i could clone it to keep ith going. is that a bad idea or will it not work.

Looks over watered there.
Not really anything to take clones from yet. Sorry.

I would let it dry out and set it in a window with decent sun..
It should be getting around 18/6 light/dark.

how do you tell if tour plant is in shock??
