Default Advice please

Im planning on growing 2 TOP44 plants indoors, i don't have alot of money and am completely unsure about the best way of growing them ( minimum Watt light, soil, ferts, cloning or growing from seed), if anyone can give me some advice that would be great. Cheers

I already know basics, i am just unsure about this strain and what would give best results
