Default totally new...trying to figure out if I got screwed

We made a credit card purchase to a company called Marijuana Seeds (cannabis Seeds) High Quality Low Prices

I accidentally ommitted a letter in the e-mail address I sent them so I did not recieve a tracking number. This was about a week ago.

Since that time I have e-mailed their website 4 times explaining what happened...that they had charged me....but I didn't know when my product would arrive. No response at all.

Getting concerned...what I bought was not cheap.

Yeah, those seeds are definitely not cheap. What made you use them instead of another site who sells seeds for half of their price?

This is a husband and wife project and she picked out the website.....

If anyone could offer me a reputable company I would appreciate it. If the seeds come in from the first company down the road fine if not we have to move past that.

I am in the US, i orderd from there, it took close to 3 weeks for delivery.
