Question PC vents & placing

I have this box 60*60*32cm but I can't drill holes 4 vents because me don't has powa toolz but the back of the box is made out of cardboard so i can place both intake & outtake fans there. The cardboard is 60*60cm (2feet*2feet). Is this OK?
Anyways this picture will help understand better...

Looks good to me, that's how I had mine, intake on the bottom and exhaust on top. Eventually I added more lights and had to put another exhaust fan up top to keep the temps down.

I'll grow with CFL's so the temperature shouldn't be a prob...
