My friend and I are coming towards the end of our first grow. Yesterday hit our first week of flowering and there were budsites everywhere that they should be. We are using a 400 watt hps for 2 plants.

But under the buds, are what seems to be little balls, im guessing they are male pollen sacks. My friend will put up a picture later to reassure that it is indeed a hermie.

But incase it is, is it ok to jus take off all the little sacks and jus leave the buds? And you can smoke the buds that do grow?

And also will that basically be the same as if theyre were no sacks and as if it was 100 % female with sensimilla colas cuz we won't be allowing them to pollenate?

Are they pollane sacs or flower or preflower startup? Need a picture to see for sure.You can try and catch the sace if they are pollane sacs and get them off but I will bet you wont get it all and will have the seedy buds.The bud will be ok to smoke just not as good as a total female plant.I usually just kill hermies but I dont wait so long to find the sex. I like to veg my plants a week or 2 then pull a clone from each plant get it rooted then toss them into 12/12 and within 2-5 days I can sex the clones and match them to the plant they came from. Female clones came from a female mom so its a keep and any male clones mean the plant it came from was a male and out it goes before even wasting time any further.

well thats a good god damn idea thank you filthy...i grow 3 weeks clone then put non clones in flower an sex em that way an kill the unwanted males....but im tryin to find a mother....

I'm afraid my best plant in th AG is a male and after 48 days I hate like kell to kill the guy. Are they any good to smoke--the male plants that is?

nope male plants are worthless unless your startin a breeding program where over time you will come across males that drip resin an thc...kill all hermies the world has to many hermie strains out there...if you have hermie seeds get rid of them asap....dont pollute our weed world...

Can I remove the plant from the AG so it dosen't polinate the females & grow it in another medium for the seeds?
As I said earlier I hate to just kill it.
